The Observatory E-MEDINE members think that a good use of the latest ICT-based tools in the field of Knowledge Management makes it possible to reach the following objectives:

• to promote the dialogue and the comprehension among human communities, challenging the highest level of cohabitation and understanding;
• to promote the universal principle of international solidarity among peoples;
• to promote the principle of non-discrimination among peoples;
• to promote the respect of UN and Council of Europe international agreement on Human Rights and Respect of Minorities;
