My paper will discuss if there is any relationship between KM, anomalies and innovation spreading,
with a particular reference to the use of KM techniques in the Web 2.0. As it is well known, anomalies typically play a crucial role in scientific
and cultural progress. The main question we will deal with is about the space that KM tools deserve to the rise of anomalies and, therefore, to scientific
and cultural change. Today are KM tools able to deal with anomalies or de facto support a "flatlandia" way of thinking?
